This movie works well as a kid's film, although it couldn't be called exceptional. Certain scenes are very funny, like the one where Yogi is hit in the face by a pie and yet continues to carry on a conversation with Ranger Smith hoping that he won't notice. Anna Faris does a great job of portraying Rachel, a kooky documentary producer that lives with animals. TJ Miller is also very funny as the incompetent Ranger Jones, and Andrew Daly's role as Mayor Brown pokes fun at politicians, which never gets old. Dan Akroyd has done an excellent job of recreating the original voice of Yogi Bear, as well.

Tangled has great repeat value and that will drive the DVD sales in the coming weeks.

This may lead some to question whether the simple premise of the game-darting birds into pigs-could really be turned into a funny animated movie.
And an even funnier thought is what would happen if Michael Bay directed that movie. Now there is an elaborate and hilarious Angry Birds trailer spoof that has surfaced on YouTube to provide some answers to these and other burning questions. The spoof was created by Rooster Teeth, and it has managed to develop a plot for Angry Birds that parallels a classic war movie. It features a toughened old soldier who insists on following orders, a hero with a moral dilemma, a secret weapon worth billions of dollars, and many explosions.
