
After a decade of great animation movies the Shrek franchise is coming to a close with it's last installment. This Mike Myers family classic that follows the tale of an ogre and his princess has fascinated audiences for quite a while.
Shrek started out as a sort of tongue in cheek joke on animated movies. Pretty soon it developed into a huge franchise drawing in adults and children alike. Fans from all over the world enjoy Shrek movies.
Shrek which is rated PG, started out a little on the adult side, there are a few swear words and a few jokes that are a little much for the preschool crowd. Yet it has grown to one of the most widely recognized family films of all time. Even my two year old can point the green ogre star of Shrek, who is voice by Mike Myers, from a mile away.
